Please read these unsolicited word-for-word statements from many of our happy donors. We thank you all too!

By the way, this is the best organized process I've seen for managing donations. You have all the information needed for both me and the towing company. It also appears that you've kept your cost to a minimum by using the web site (not phone numbers) and not trying to duplicate or coordinate any work either I or the tow company need to perform. I donated a car 2 years ago through a different charity but your process is far superior.

existed. They didn't have a tow service in my area and it took about a
week to give me the big let down.

this transaction to date was professional and efficient, light years
above most of the "donation" sites I have visited. Nice work.

I'm very impressed with your organization just from dealing with you ..you are fast in your response and straight forward in your messages they should give you a raise (tell them I said so). Of the several organizations I have been dealing with this one wins hands down ..you've asked questions and kept me informed all in one day ..may not seem like a big thing to you but I have spent more time on the phone doing follow up's then I ever thought necessary just to donate a boat.

From all the sites I visited regarding donating my VERY used car yours was the only one that truthfully explained that the I.R.S. is very selective as far as how much a person can actually deduct from their income tax. I now realize that the other sites are willing to give you any value you want for the car. Whether or not that value is accepted by the I.R.S. as tangible deduction is another story. You'll only find out in three years if your audited.
