Phone rooms can be VERY expensive. We do not operate a phone room, like most other national charities, in order to reduce such expense and to not hassle our donors.

We handle all of the initial queries and donations through e-mail. We send you simple email instructions and answer any questions you may have. Then you will contact by phone the authorized towing company and your pickup details can be worked out directly with them.

This process is VERY FAST and EFFECTIVE.

If you are still not satisfied, for whatever reason, you are totally free to cancel the pickup by e-mailing us and/or notifying the towing company.

The donation procedure is VERY simple, VERY easy and VERY fast.

1. Start by completely filling in the online form. Please enter all information requested.
2. Put any comments or questions you have on the form in the Comments area.
3. Submit the form by pressing the ENTER key on your keyboard.
4. You will be contacted by e-mail, usually within minutes, by a qualified email consultant.
5. The email consultant will send you instructions.
6. The email consultant will answer any questions that were put on the form.
7. You will be contacted by the towing company, usually within 24 hours, to arrange pickup.
8. Notify us by email when the automobile has been picked up along with your signed off Certificate of Title (free of liens) and keys.
9. We will immediately mail you your official tax receipt.
